Wholesale Accounts 

An exclusive account and login information for fdmarketplace.com, our dedicated wholesale site, will be issued to retail partners.

FD Marketplace is the most complete wholesale product catalog available. Prior to login, no pricing is displayed and there is no option to place orders. As such, you can share fdmarketplace.com with your customers as a digital catalog without pricing displayed.

Once you log in to your account, you will see wholesale pricing information with SRP available for your reference. 

Your account page lists your order history and saved addresses for your convenience.

Wholesale pricing of 50% off SRP applies to products available on FD Marketplace, with the quantities and specifications listed on the product page.

Wholesale pricing may not be combined with promotions on our parent site, Felix Doolittle.

Products from our parent site, which are not yet available on FD Marketplace, may qualify for a 30% wholesale discount. Please contact us with any inquiries.

Order Placement and Payment Options

Log in to FD Marketplace to place orders at your convenience.

There is a $100 order minimum for non-personalized wholesale orders placed on FD Marketplace.

For existing customers who have credit card and billing information on file with us, you may choose to place your order via email to wholesale@felixdoolittle.com or via fax to 866-416-6842 and we will input your order on FD Marketplace.

For your privacy, we do not store any credit card numbers without your permission. Please contact us directly to request this option and to keep your billing information up-to-date.

We take the security of your credit card information extremely seriously—all such data is twice-encrypted and stored securely.

Payment can be made by credit card: we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Payment for orders with personalized products (Return Address Labels, Panoramic Return Address Labels, Correspondence Seals, Bookplates, and Ex Libris Medallions) placed on FD Marketplace will be processed when orders are received.

Payment for orders without personalized products will be processed shortly before being shipped.

Special conditions may apply if an order is placed on hold by request of the retailer or if the order contains backordered products.

At this time, we do not offer Net-30 Terms, however, please contact us if you have an inquiry.

Turnaround Time

We strive for 1 to 2-day turnaround times for all Occasion Card orders. Non-personalized items can take 1–3 days. Personalized items can take 2–7 business days depending on any back and forth with the retailer or end-customer.

Please contact us and include a note with your order in the shopping cart regarding any specific delivery dates, as turnaround time may vary.

During the holiday season, our turnaround time may increase to 7–10 business days.

Please Note: Turnaround time does not include shipping time, which is based on your selected carrier option during checkout.


All orders, domestic and international, are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our studio in West Newton, Massachusetts.

Shipping costs are determined by the shipping rates calculator on the FD Marketplace website in the shopping cart at checkout.

Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.

Felix Doolittle is not responsible for any carrier delays.

Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations of or reductions to your order which are not reported within 24 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported by phone or email within 5 business days of receipt, and any returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 business days of reporting in order to receive credit.

Undamaged and unused merchandise reported within 5 business days of receipt may be refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Other Membership Policies

Wholesale memberships will expire after one year if there is no account activity.

Felix Doolittle reserves the right to change or terminate this wholesale program at any time, given that a 30-day written notice is provided to members prior to such an action.
